What are your terms of sale?
Standard terms of sale are prepaid for all new accounts or 50% upfront with the balance due upon product delivery, if time permitting, a credit check is possible. Once a credit review has been undertaken and a paying history established 30 days terms are extended
What format do you need my artwork in?
This depends on the decoration method used. In general, for embroidery, as long as the image is clear and large enough to work with any format is acceptable. For products that are screen printed or pad printed only vector based images are accepted. These are images or logos that were originally created in a draw program such as Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw. The most common file extensions for vector images are .ai or .eps files.
What is the cost of having my logo digitized for embroidery?
Depending on the detail and stitch count required, pricing may vary. As a general rule you can expect to pay $15.00 per 1000 stitches.
I already have a good graphical image of the company logo. Do I still need to pay for a new digitized logo, specific to embroidery?
Yes. Unless you have a file in an embroiderer's format (ie. .dst, .dsb, .dat etc.) you'll need to have one developed from a clear image you have on hand - preferably from a draw program such as Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator, but most files will work as long as the resolution is high enough.
Do you offer completed samples prior to firming up the order?
Yes, in most cases we can provide a completed (decorated) sample for your approval. Typically there is an additional charge for a small sample run of 1 or more pieces, depending on the item and the manufacturer. This can be quite significant depending on the product you're interested in and will usually fall in the $50-$150 range plus courier costs.
What is your turnaround time from order to delivery?
Again, this will depend on the item and the manufacturer. Most in-stock apparel & headwear can be turned around in as little as 5-7 business days, providing no confirmation sample is required. For non-apparel product, standard turnaround time is closer to 3 weeks. Many products can be expedited so please call for details if you're pressured for time.
Do you offer more selection than what I see on your website?
Absolutely! In fact our website exhibits a small selection of the product available and in general is a "highlight reel" of products we have personally selected. New product comes available on an almost daily basis so if you're looking for something in particular and you don't see it on our site please call or email us with your request.
Are other decorating methods available besides the ones noted with each item on the website?
In most cases the answer is yes. For simplicity the pricing noted for each item on the site is based on the most commonly used decoration method for the product in question. Most products have several options as far as the decoration method. For example your standard cotton fleece sweatshirt can be screen printed, embroidered, appliquéd, laser etched & more.
Why is there a significant difference in pricing between your US dollar and Canadian dollar costs on certain items?
Depending on where you are buying from (the U.S. or Canada), and where the product ships from and it’s country of
origin the price differential can be significant in some cases and minimal in others. Any product crossing a border and being
imported is subject to exchange rates, custom brokerage & handling fees, as well as duty rates if the product was not
manufactured in a NAFTA country. For instance many of our products are sourced from US suppliers of ours, but the product
itself may be manufactured in China. In this case a Canadian customer buying this product will pay for the cost of the product,
the currency exchange, custom brokerage & duty. These costs are not tacked on but built in to the price you see online.
